This page explains what information Club Ibiza Tickets collects when you use clubibizatickets.com, and how it's used.
What we collect
- Contact details you provide directly — name, email, WhatsApp number — when you submit a VIP table request, contact form, or message us.
- Basic browsing data (pages visited, general location, device type) collected through standard website analytics.
We do not collect payment card details. Ticket purchases are processed entirely through our official partner's secure checkout, which has its own privacy and payment security standards.
How we use it
- To respond to VIP table requests, booking questions and concierge enquiries.
- To send booking-related updates via WhatsApp or email when you've requested a service.
- To understand which pages and guides are useful, so we can improve the site.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Sharing with partners
When you book a ticket, your booking details are shared with our ticketing partner (ClubTickets.com / Only Tickets) as needed to process that purchase. When you request a VIP table, boat experience or activity, relevant details are shared with the specific venue or operator to confirm your reservation.
Cookies
This site may use basic cookies for functionality and anonymous analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work, though some preferences may not be remembered.
Ambassador attribution
Club Ibiza Tickets works with a small number of local ambassadors who share their own recommendations through a personal page (for example /ambassadors/bella/) or a link containing a referral code such as ?ref=BELLA01. If you arrive through one of these, a small amount of information is stored in your browser (not a server-side profile) so we can credit the right ambassador:
- A randomly generated visitor ID and the ambassador's code, kept in your browser's local storage for 30 days from your first visit.
- Basic interaction events — which page section, club, boat or activity you clicked, your general device type and selected language — used only for ambassador attribution and internal reporting.
- If you submit a VIP table enquiry, the details you provide in that form (name, contact, preferred date, guests) so the ambassador and our concierge team can follow up.
This data is used solely to reconcile which ambassador referred a booking and to calculate commissions, since our ticketing partner does not send us a purchase confirmation automatically — confirmed sales are matched manually against their reports. Ambassador referral codes are never sent to our ticketing partner and never affect pricing; every booking link keeps the same aff=CT184 tracking used across the whole site. Attribution and event data is retained for 30 days from first visit, or as long as needed to reconcile and pay a related commission, whichever is longer, after which it's deleted. An ambassador can see only their own performance data, never other ambassadors' data or other customers' personal information.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and booking-related information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet any legal or accounting requirements, after which it's deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under EU/Spanish data protection law (GDPR), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us directly.
